The Agricultural Bank launches financing for the purchase of housing units within investment complexes
Shafaq News/ The State Agricultural Bank revealed today, Tuesday, a directive from the Central Bank of Iraq regarding financing for the purchase of housing units within investment complexes, as well as financing the construction of these complexes and their annexes.
The bank said in a statement, received by Shafaq News Agency, that the Department of Financial Operations and Debt Management informed us, that (for organizational purposes and to enable the largest possible segment of society to obtain a housing unit in investment complexes, it was decided that granting your banks financing for the purchase of housing units within investment complexes, In addition to financing the construction of these complexes and their annexes as projects within the various initiatives of this bank, conditional on the pricing of housing units exclusively in Iraqi dinars, provided that the price per square meter does not exceed “one million dinars”), according to the credit department letter No. 5800 on 19/5/2022.
