The legal expert, Ali Al-Tamimi, set today, Thursday, the quorum for the extraordinary parliament session scheduled to be held today.
Al-Tamimi said in an exclusive interview with "Mawazine News", "The special session can discuss topics other than what was specified in the request to hold the session, as approved by the Federal Court in its decision 99 of 2018."
He added, "The quorum for the extraordinary session is half of the total number of Parliament plus one, according to Article 59 of the Constitution." Ended 29 / A.D. 99
