    The legal expert, Ali al-Tamimi, on Monday, postponed the session of the parliament, which will be held today to another time because of the non-nomination of a specific figure for the presidency of the Council, indicating that the postponement is not constitutional, but can resort to the trick to disrupt the quorum to postpone the meeting.
    Al-Tamimi said in a statement to the information that "the session of parliament to be held today, may be postponed because of the lack of agreement between the political blocs on the post of Speaker of Parliament," noting that "the Constitution set the first session of parliament for the performance of the oath by the new deputies and the choice Chairman of the Board".
    He added that "the parliament can postpone its meeting through fraud on the Constitution by breaking the quorum, and therefore the head of the age will be forced to postpone the meeting to another date."
    Tamimi said that "the constitution set a period of 15 days for the first meeting of the new parliament, as it is enough time to agree on the political process and the nomination of qualified people for the presidency." Ending / 25 n
