Today, Saturday, the Ministry of Electricity announced the entry of new production capacities into service in the coming days.
"In the coming days, we will witness the entry of new production capacities into the energy system, such as the second unit at the Salah al-Din station and the crutch gas station and some projects that will enter the work," ministry spokesman Ahmed al-Abadi said in a press statement.
He added, "The ministry is continuing with its plan to introduce combined cycles for all gas stations and is also proceeding with solar energy projects in accordance with the ministry's plan and electrical connection projects."
