    The head of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri, on Tuesday, that the Parliament legislation binding laws and import and distribution of natural resources to the provinces, noting that the meeting with the heads of the provincial council aims to strengthen the relationship between the parliament and local governments to activate the principle of administrative decentralization.
