[size=45]Today, Thursday, an informed parliamentary source revealed a political movement aimed at bringing the Sadrist bloc's deputies back to the House of Representatives, revealing a legal loophole through which it would bring them back.[/size]
[size=45]The source said, in an interview, that "there are major political forces that are conducting a movement within the corridors of the House of Representatives with the aim of returning the Sadrist bloc's deputies to the House of Representatives through a statement of the legal opinion of the Special Legal Adviser to the House of Representatives to submit and accept the resignation of the representatives."[/size]
[size=45]He added that "there is a legal loophole possible by considering this resignation incorrect, since it was approved by the Speaker of Parliament without voting on it," noting that "Parliament is not on a legislative holiday and the power to sign the president only without voting is with Parliament during its legislative recess."[/size]
[size=45]He pointed out that "the movement aims to end the state of political blockage so that the Sadrists return to Parliament and be part of the next government."[/size]
