    [size=45]On Sunday afternoon (12/18/2022), Bakhtiar Haji, Director General of Relations and Follow-up Affairs at the Kurdistan Regional Government representative in Baghdad, visited the Department of External Relations of the Kurdistan Regional Government and was received by Messrs. Hajar Sheikh Zarrar, Director General of the Department, and Amang Khader Hassan. Director of the Office of the Head of the Department.[/size]
    [size=45]During the meeting, they discussed ways to strengthen relations between the department and the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the representative office of the Kurdistan Regional Government in Baghdad, and the overall activities carried out by the representative to facilitate cooperation and coordination between the official institutions of the federal and Kurdistan governments.[/size]
    [size=45]For his part, the Director General of Relations and Follow-up Affairs in the representative office of the regional government expressed his thanks and appreciation to Mr. “Safin Dzayi,” the head of the External Relations Department, and both the director of his office and the director general of the department for their cooperation and support for the completion of the project to link the department with the electronic platform of the representative a few months ago.[/size]
    [size=45]Haji also referred during the meeting to the latest developments regarding the return of the bodies of four citizens from the Kurdistan Region to their families who died while crossing the sea between Turkey and Greece. Tomorrow, Monday, the Iraqi embassy in Athens will provide all facilities to complete the return procedures.[/size]
    [size=45]It is noteworthy that linking the department with the representation through the electronic platform helped to complete the correspondence between the two sides at a remarkable speed within two days only.[/size]
