    [size=45]Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani said that his country is keen to establish balanced relations with its Arab and regional milieu.
    This came during Al-Sudani's meeting with an Egyptian media delegation headed by Karam Jabr, head of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation, visiting Baghdad at the invitation of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate.
    And the official Iraqi News Agency stated that "Al-Sudani received a delegation from various Egyptian media outlets, in the presence of the head of the Media and Communications Authority, the head of the Union of Arab Journalists and the head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate."
    During the meeting, Al-Sudani affirmed Iraq's keenness to establish balanced relations with its Arab and regional surroundings.
    He touched on Iraq's pivotal role in the region and its efforts to bridge different points of view, and everything that enhances the security of the region.
    He also stressed keenness to achieve economic integration with neighboring countries and the region, in the path of achieving development and prosperity for the Iraqi people, and the brotherly and friendly peoples.
    During the meeting, Al-Sudani pointed out that "Iraq went through difficult circumstances that it was able to overcome, and its children have stories of sacrifice in the war against ISIS that dazzled the world."
    In addition, the Security Media Cell in Iraq announced, yesterday, the arrest of 8 terrorists wanted by the judiciary in accordance with the provisions of the Terrorism Law in the districts of Al-Qaim, Tal Afar, Qalaat Saleh, Hit, Al-Mahmudiyah and Al-Ramadi.
    A statement by the cell stated that the arrest was carried out based on accurate intelligence information of the departments and divisions of the intelligence and security services of the Basra, Maysan and Anbar Operations Command, in cooperation with intelligence and a force from the brigades of those commands, explaining that elaborate ambushes were set up in separate areas of the governorates, which resulted in the arrest of the wanted persons.[/size]
