    Political analyst Sabah Al-Aqili saw that Iraq is still shackled by US restrictions and control over oil revenues and many decisions in which America intervenes and imposes its influence upon implementation. 
    Al-Aqili told Al-Maalouma, “America is pressing towards determining the percentage of oil exports through OPEC, but there is a refusal by the oil countries to impose the American will on oil policy, especially major producers such as Iraq and Saudi Arabia, who rejected the American decisions regarding oil. 
    He added, "Iraq has a different situation from the rest of the countries in the OPEC, as it is still shackled by restrictions and control by the United States, in addition to being still under Chapter VI of the United Nations." 
    And he indicated that "Iraq faces a challenge in terms of financial independence and oil export revenues, as America still controls and imposes its will in many files, especially since Washington
