[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, confirmed that the new election law encourages the merger of large forces with small ones.
Al-Hakim said in a televised statement that: The new election law does not obscure the entitlements of independents.
Al-Hakim explained: We are the first to propose the national majority project in 2016.
