[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - Iraq and Iran agreed, today, Wednesday, to form committees to discuss the development of joint fields in accordance with the formulas of international agreements.
A statement by the Ministry of Oil stated: “The Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Hayan Abdul-Ghani, received today, Wednesday, the Minister of Oil of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Javad Oji, and his accompanying delegation .”
Abdul-Ghani stressed, according to the statement, the depth of historical, cultural and economic relations and ties between the two countries, and the common desire to enhance and expand the horizons of bilateral cooperation in all fields, especially in the oil, energy, petrochemical and infrastructure sectors.
Abdul-Ghani said: "The bilateral meetings resulted in an agreement to form committees to discuss the development of joint fields in accordance with the formulas of international agreements, and cooperation in the refining, petrochemical, drilling, training, pipelines and infrastructure sectors."
