MP Alia Nassif described the Cabinet’s decision to dismiss the first group of general managers who did not obtain a positive evaluation as the first step towards filtering the administrative apparatus in all ministries and state agencies, expecting a decrease in the level of financial and administrative corruption during a record period.
And she said in a statement today: “We have always emphasized the necessity of filtering the administrative apparatus in ministries and government agencies and warned us of the dangerous role that some general managers play in mediating the conclusion of corruption deals. Also, some managers who were not involved in financial corruption practice administrative corruption and use nepotism and mediation, and their departments are almost idle and not working properly.”
And Nassif stated: "This step deserves praise and appreciation, and in the event that decisions are issued to dismiss other meals, we will clearly notice a decrease in the level of financial and administrative corruption during a record period."[/size]
