Shafaq News/ There were conflicting reports about citizens from Al-Shirqat district in Salah Al-Din being subjected to a fraud by an investment and contracting company, amid uproar and widespread debate.
Shafaq News Agency, investigated the truth of the incident from several citizens who considered themselves victims of that company that collected money and lured them with huge investments and profits.
The victims and those affected confirmed that the company collects funds for the purpose of investments in several areas far from usurious business and with an agreement between the company and the shareholders.
However, the crisis erupted with the disappearance of the company burdened with debts to citizens and shareholders amounting to 20 billion dinars, while those close to the owner of the company denied the truth of these amounts.
Al-Houri company, which is accused of fraud, and according to its owner, Kifah Hashim Hussein, denied in a video clip circulating on social media that he had escaped, or that there were any intentions to defraud citizens, indicating that his company had been exposed to a problem and crisis on its way to a solution and returning the amounts and dues to their owners.
And the owner of the company continued by saying: I am present and close to you, half an hour away from Al-Shirqat.
Hussein confirmed that he would start selling the property and savings to return the money to its owners.
