    [rtl]Baghdad-Iraq today:[/rtl]
    [rtl]Today, Thursday, Al-Rafidain Bank set the period for repayment of construction loans, restoration and rehabilitation of residential and home purchases.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The bank stated, in a statement, that "construction, restoration and rehabilitation of housing and purchase of loans amounting to 150 million dinars, provided that they are repaid for a period of 15 years."[/rtl]
    [rtl]And earlier, a statement by the bank stated, “The amounts of real estate loans for the purposes of restoration and rehabilitation, building residential homes, or purchasing a plot of land will be according to the details below...[/rtl]
    [rtl]1- The maximum loan amount is (150) million dinars, and for the purposes below.[/rtl]
    [rtl]A - From (50) million dinars to (75) million dinars for the purpose of purchasing a piece of land, graded by (5) million dinars. [/rtl]
    [rtl]B - From (15) million dinars to (75) million dinars for the purpose of construction, restoration and rehabilitation, gradually increasing by (5) million dinars. [/rtl]
    [rtl]C - From (50) million dinars to (150) million dinars for the purpose of purchasing a residential house, ranging at (5) million dinars. [/rtl]
    [rtl]2- The interest rate is (6%) on a declining installation. [/rtl]
    [rtl]3- The term of the loan is (15) years.[/rtl]
    [rtl]4- Loan guarantee, according to the categories covered by the grants, as follows:[/rtl]
    [rtl]A- Employees whose salaries are exclusively deposited with Al-Rafidain Bank. The guarantee is a Master Card and a real estate deed to be mortgaged in favor of the bank as a security mortgage of the first degree (loan amount +25%).[/rtl]
    [rtl]B- For citizens, the guarantee is the provision of a guarantor whose salary is exclusively with the Rafidain Bank and the submission of a real estate deed mortgaged in favor of the bank as a security mortgage of the first degree (loan amount +25%) .[/rtl]
    [rtl]C- Retirees whose age is within the insurance age at the end of the loan period [/rtl]
    [rtl]The guarantee shall be a Master Card and a real estate deed mortgaged in favor of the bank as a security mortgage of the first degree (the amount of the loan + 25 percent). First degree (loan amount +25%).[/rtl]
