Today, Monday, the National Investment Commission announced the creation of 100 strategic opportunities in various sectors.
The commission said in a statement, "The head of the National Commission for Investment, Haider Muhammad Makiya, discussed the logistical preparations for holding the Iraq International Investment Forum in October in the capital, Baghdad."
During his presidency of a meeting of the heads of the investment commissions, Makiya stressed, "The commission is keen on the success of the Iraq International Forum, which will represent a qualitative demonstration and path for economic policy at the level of Iraq," explaining that "the commission is making preparations to prepare and announce more than (100) strategic investment opportunities in various sectors." .
He added, "The forum will be held next October in the capital, Baghdad, with Arab and international participation at the level of official representation of governments, companies, capital and investors," noting that "the forum will be a great opportunity that is characterized by its responsiveness and harmony with the actual need and priorities of the Iraqi society and economy and its strategic dimensions."
