    The conflict is escalating on the western border of Iraq after the intensity of armed clashes between pro-American terrorist elements on the Syrian-Iraqi border, at a time when the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad al-Halbousi, seeks to pass a law granting terrorists freedom in conjunction with American negotiations to arm the tribes in the western region.

    According to sources for Al-Maalouma, “Al-Halbousi supported the tribal sheikhs to conclude agreements with the leadership of the American army to arm the tribes in exchange for the protection of Western American bases.”
     He added, "Al-Halbousi is determined to support the tribes loyal to him to ensure positive results in the local elections, which is what America is counting on," noting that "the Speaker of Parliament moved the general amnesty bill in order to pass it and set the terrorists free."

    The American conspiracy is approaching
    A security source in Anbar Governorate reports that armed clashes have erupted between American-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) members and American-backed Arab tribal forces along the Iraqi-Syrian border.
    The source said in a statement to the Maalouma Agency, “The areas of northern Syria witnessed armed clashes between the military councils of the Syrian clans supported by the American forces and the (SDF) forces, at a distance of about 40 km from the areas near the Al-Qaim border crossing with Syria, west of Anbar, within a plan prepared by American forces were implemented by military councils to control the areas of the border strip linking Syria and Iraq from the western side of the country.”

     Electronic flies in the service of Al-Halbousi
    On the political side, the United Anbar Alliance confirms that the electronic flies of the party of Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi have begun to shoot down his competitors in the local elections.
    The leader of the coalition, Muhammad al-Fahdawi, told Al-Maalouma, “After completing the electoral lists and the Commission’s approval of them and their candidates, the party of Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi (Taqadum) began to pursue the path of political appropriation via its electronic fly.” 
    He added, "Al-Halbousi's electronic fly, which lavishes huge amounts of money, has become exposed to the Anbari street through the negative responses to all the accusations he publishes and his downfall of the forces competing with him in the local elections."
    For his part, the sheikhs and notables of Anbar Governorate warn of the repercussions of using the general amnesty law as a political cover to release the leaders and members of the criminal organization under false pretexts and with American support.

    Sheikh Hatem Al-Dulaimi, one of the sheikhs and notables of Anbar, told Al-Maalouma that the leader of the Taqadum Party, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, with American support, is trying to circumvent the general amnesty law as a political cover to release the leaders and members of the criminal organization under the pretext of their innocence of all charges against them within a new project led by America with support. From Al-Halbousi and other political parties.”
     The bloody war caused by the Sunni conflict 
     In addition, the representative of Saladin Governorate, Ahmed Al-Jubouri, Abu Mazen, warned of the consequences of the continuation of the Sunni political conflict, indicating that the dispute will ignite conflict and war between the leaders.
     Abu Mazen said in a televised interview followed by Al-Maalouma, “The Sunni conflict will affect the country and all its political and security conditions and will lead to bloody battles ahead of the elections.”

    He added, "Turkey is currently the strongest influence in the Sunni arena, followed by Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and then the UAE, at a time when Riyadh has begun to move away from supporting the Sunni forces."
    He explained, "Sunni leaders pay money in exchange for holding meetings with Gulf or international leaders to demonstrate the strength of the Sunni political blocs."
    The representative from Salah al-Din Governorate expected: “The political crisis will ignite with the launch of electoral propaganda campaigns in the Sunni governorates.” End 25
