    NASA announced the postponement of the departure dates for its astronauts from the International Space Station into space, after it was scheduled for the period between 12 and 20 October.

    A statement issued by the agency said: “The two astronaut exit operations from the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/4205051404/%D9%85%D8%AD%D8%B7%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%81%D8%B6%D8%A7%D8%A1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A9/ar/]International Space Station[/url] into open space, scheduled to take place on October 12 and 20, will be postponed to a later date due to circumstances related to the leakage of coolant from the external (backup) coolant [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/410645919/%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%A6%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D9%86%D8%A7%D9%88%D9%83%D8%A7/ar/]circuit of the Naoka[/url] module in the Russian section of the station.” ".



    The statement added: ““NASA’s engineering and mission control teams continue to review data and videos related to the coolant leak from the backup cooler in the Naoka module.”

    NASA indicated in its statement that the new dates for the astronauts’ exit from the station into open space will be determined at a later time.

    NASA astronaut Loral O'Hara and ESA astronaut [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/4060671910/%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AF%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%B3 %D9%85%D9%88%D8%BA%D9%8A%D9%86%D8%B3%D9%86/ar/]Andreas Mogensen[/url] were originally scheduled to exit into outer space on October 12, and O'Hara was scheduled to exit the station into open space with NASA astronaut Jasmine Moghbeli on October 20.

    The Russian space agency "Ross Cosmos" had previously reported that a leak had occurred in the cooling fluid for the external (reserve) coolant [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1468612436/%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%A6%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%B3%D9%8A%D8%A9/ar/]circuit of the Russian[/url] "Naoka" module on the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/4205051404/%D9%85%D8%AD%D8%B7%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%81%D8%B6%D8%A7%D8%A1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A9/ar/]International Space Station[/url], and indicated that this problem did not affect the operation of the module, and does not constitute a problem.
