The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced today, Thursday, the reduction of the minimum application rates for a number of specializations in private universities and colleges.
A statement from the ministry received by Mawazine News said, “The decision includes reducing the minimum limits for admission to evening studies for engineering specializations to become (minimum 60), and reducing the minimum limits for admission to morning and evening studies for specializations (engineering, engineering techniques, sciences), which are the current application rates.” It has (61) rises of (one degree) only.”
The statement continued, “The Department of Private University Education confirmed maintaining a GPA of 60 as the minimum for applying to this group of specializations, while it set the fifteenth of this November, 11/15/2023, as the deadline for application through its electronic portal ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] .org) exclusively, and invited students to review the student guide to learn about the admission requirements for universities and private colleges and their departments and specializations.
