Baghdad/Al-Masala Al-Hadath: The head of the State of Law coalition, Nouri al-Maliki, confirmed that the imbalance in the salary scale must be addressed and studied again, noting that the abolition of the provincial councils is a clear violation of the foundations of the constitution.
