    [rtl]Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani confirmed that it is time to lift the outstanding problems between Baghdad and Erbil, expressing his government's readiness to amend the budget law, in order to resolve the issue of employee salaries in the Kurdistan Region .

    Al-Sudani said in a dialogue session, “Conducting a population census is the first step in implementing Article 140 of the Constitution.”

    He added, “It is time to lift the outstanding problems between Baghdad and Erbil,” indicating that “our current government is a coalition.”

    Al-Sudani pointed out, “The job structure has many problems and we need to restructure it.”[/rtl]
