    The salary scale law is one of the laws that requires agreement and unanimity from all parties because it will equal salaries for all state employees without exception, and the issue of financial allocations granted to some categories and not others will also be reviewed.



    A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Ali Jabbar Mu’nis, said that the government is serious about amending the employee salary scale, indicating that “the amendment will preserve employees’ benefits according to years of service.” Mu’nis explained that there is “a large discrepancy in employee salaries between one ministry and another, and justice is not achieved.” social justice among all employees,” stressing that “amending the salary scale will be among the next steps and there is seriousness in following up and approving it,” according to the official Al-Sabah newspaper.

    Antoine believed that there is an urgent need to do justice to the poor classes, adjust the level of their salaries, and achieve some kind of Social justice and that the minimum income be 700 to 750 thousand dinars, according to the newspaper.
