The head of the National Investment Authority, Haider Makiya, confirmed that the total residential investment projects launched by Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani amount to 25 billion dollars.
Makiya said that the Housing Council decided to activate the Bismayah model in all governorates of Iraq, noting that the Baghdad Avenue project costs one billion dollars.
He added that Saudi Arabia may finance the Bismayah project worth $6 billion.
