    The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Ahmed Al-Asadi, announced on Tuesday the direct issuance of a MasterCard to more than (400) beneficiaries of the salary of a full-time employee in Baghdad for those who have completed the medical examination.
    For her part, the head of the Human Rights Commission for the Care of People with Disabilities and Special Needs, Dhikra Abdul Rahim, stated in a statement received by Earth News that citizens applying for electronic inclusion within the Ur electronic platform, who have been referred to the relevant medical committees and have received medical decisions, must review the authority in Baghdad and its departments in Karkh and Rusafa. For the purpose of completing the procedures for issuing a MasterCard, starting on Wednesday, 1/31/2024, according to the lists of names shown in the link.
    Abdul Rahim confirmed that the remaining names of those included in the issuance will be announced successively, calling for adherence to the specified dates to ensure the completion of transactions in a highly smooth manner.
    Release instructions:
    1- Attendance is for the designated person only, accompanied by the identification documents of the disabled person.
    2- A copy of the medical decision.
    3_ Those living on the Rusafa side should visit the Rusafa department located in the city of Adhamiya, adjacent to the Al-Zohour Orphanage near Al-Numan Hospital.
    Those living on the Karkh side should visit the Karkh section in the city of Al-Bayaa, in the hall of the Al-Dhara City Club for the Disabled, opposite the direct sales car showrooms.
    5_ Residents of Sadr City only should visit the Authority’s headquarters/citizens affairs in the Waziriya area/Ministry of Labor complex/back street of the ministry/opposite the Oil Institute.
