Member of the State of Law Coalition, Representative Firas Al-Muslimaoui, announced today, Thursday, that there are 31,000 job degrees for holders of advanced degrees that will be launched next March, while noting that the electricity and dollar files are in the hands of the Americans and the Federal Reserve is disrupting the Central Bank’s monetary entitlement.
Al-Muslimaoui said in his speech to the program (Openly), broadcast by Al-Sumaria TV, that “the Higher Education Committee will open on March 15 approximately 31,000 job degrees for holders of higher and first degrees in accordance with Law 67 through the Federal Service Council,” noting that “the American experience in... Iraq is not at the required level, and the dollar and electricity files are in their hands, and we have not noticed any success for them, and the disruption of salaries in the recent period came due to the US Federal Reserve’s delay in payments of funds to the Central Bank, and they are the ones who control Iraq’s financial policy.”
He added, “Striking a site in Baghdad is an embarrassment to the government and the political process and a violation of sovereignty, and the Iraqi negotiator must warn the American forces against repeating this matter,” noting that “the American forces withdrew from many headquarters, but large numbers of advisors remained, and this matter is unacceptable, and the United States should change the situation.” For the ambassador, this is one of the positions that have changed in the current period because the previous one was not successful in following up on the Iraqi issue.”
He continued, "Any new American aggression will embarrass the government and weaken its power, because it has begun taking positive steps and is supported by all political blocs. It is also open to regional countries and Iraq can play a major role in reducing security tension at the level of the region and the Middle East," explaining that " Repeated American targeting will give the green light for the resistance to take action, and Al-Sudani had a strong stance toward the American aggression.”
He pointed out that “the American policy is trying inside Iraq to hold the stick from the middle because, for a period of time, it entrenched itself and supported a certain party and saw Iraq going towards a stateless state, and this did not serve its interests, so it returned to the theory of balance with support,” adding that “the American Federal Reserve was the one who worked to raise the price of the dollar.” When the Governor of the Central Bank hosted him in Parliament, he identified internal and external reasons and pointed out that the latter were from the Federal Reserve.
He pointed out that “strikeing the government and weakening it is not in the interest of all parties, especially America, because its presence in Iraq is at stake, and the government is capable of removing the forces, but in batches, and therefore we need a specific timetable for their exit,” stressing, “We are in favor of maintaining balanced relations with all countries that have interests.” Within Iraq, it will work to create security and economic stability for the country in order to preserve its interests.”
He stated that “a large percentage of parliamentarians with the departure of the American forces due to the security stability that we are witnessing, and the Islamic resistance in Iraq has gone through stages and moved from entering the fields to engaging in the political and cultural sphere,” noting that “Al-Sudani worked to remove the American forces by law and succeeded in setting a timetable for their withdrawal.” “
