    [size=45]The representation of the Kurdistan Regional Government in Baghdad held a meeting today, Tuesday (2/27/2024), headed by Mr. Fares Issa, head of the representation, and in the presence of Bakhtiar Haji, Director General of Relations and Follow-up Affairs, with the directors of departments in the representation.[/size]
    [size=45]The head of the representation stressed the need for accuracy, attention to daily work, and simplification of procedures for the purpose of accelerating the completion of daily tasks.[/size]
    [size=45]For his part, the Director General of Relations and Follow-up Affairs, Bakhtiar Haji, presented a detailed report on the entities associated with the representation’s electronic platform for handling correspondence, as well as evaluating the data of completed books and showing the difference in the speed of completion through automation compared to routine paper mail.[/size]
    [size=45]Bakhtiar Haji also presented the plan that had been prepared to connect the rest of the authorities in the federal and regional governments to the electronic platform to speed up the promotion of citizens’ transactions, stressing the necessity of cooperation and coordination between department managers to complete transactions accurately and exchange correspondence via the representation platform for the purpose of alleviating the suffering of auditors.[/size]
    [size=45]At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Fares Issa extended his thanks and appreciation to the Director General of Relations and Follow-up Affairs and to all managers and employees for their efforts and their keenness to provide the best services to citizens and reduce routine. The future plan presented by the Director General of Relations and Follow-up Affairs in the representation was also approved.[/size]
