    [size=45]Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani launched work on the Abu Ghraib sewage project, and announced several service projects for the judiciary.[/size]
    [size=45]Statement from Al-Sudani’s office:
    Today, Thursday, Prime Minister Mr. Muhammad Shia’ Al-Sudani launched the executive work on the Abu Ghraib sewerage project, as part of a package of strategic projects to treat sewage throughout Baghdad Governorate, which will serve 300,000 people in the district, with a capacity of up to 41,000 m3/ a day, with a variety of stations of 18 stations.[/size]
    [size=45]Mr. Al-Sudani explained that the Abu Ghraib sewage project represents one of four projects approved within the Iraqi-Chinese agreement, and comes within the government’s vision to move towards giving priority to infrastructure projects.[/size]
    [size=45]His Excellency referred to the companies that began implementing the four main projects in Al-Nahrawan and Sabaa Al-Bour, today in Abu Ghraib, and soon in Al-Wahda and Al-Rashid districts, stressing the need to adhere to high specifications, pay attention to laboratory tests, and have a field presence for the governorate and the Resident Engineer Department. To address problems and conflicts, as well as the importance of citizens’ cooperation with implementing agencies.[/size]
    [size=45]The Prime Minister announced that the foundations have been laid to build a 100-bed hospital in the Abu Ghraib district, and an amount will be allocated urgently to rehabilitate the current and only hospital in the district, stressing the directives of the relevant ministries and the governorate to complete a group of projects in the district, including the project to develop the Baghdad-Abu Ghraib entrance, in addition to To direct the inclusion of the sanitation project in Al-Nasr and Al-Salam district.[/size]
    [size=45]His Excellency also referred to a group of projects that will be implemented in Abu Ghraib, the most important of which is the implementation of the international highway, a power station (400 KV), and the Olive Power Station (33 KV), while land has been allocated to establish an electric station with a capacity of (132 KV) in the village of Gold. Al-Abyad in the district, in addition to the cultural city project in Ziggurat Aqarquf, stressing that the ministerial team is following up on the 42 school project to cover the need, in addition to other service, cultural and health projects, all of which are being followed up.[/size]
