BAGHDAD - Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari confirmed on Thursday the absence of any agreements or financial obligations for the international coalition on Iraq to pay money in return for military operations against the IS.
He said during hosted in the House of Representatives today that there is no any agreement or commitment with the international coalition forces to pay sums of money to any air or other military operation against the terrorist groups.
He said that this decision to launch the military operations is the decision of the international community and it is not incumbent on Iraq any financial commitment.
