Iraq reconstruction projects before Arab ministers

The Iraqi Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Qahtan Al-Janabi, revealed to Al-Sabah that the projects implemented by the government of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, which are under construction, were reviewed before the Arab housing ministers.
Al-Janabi said, during the meeting of the Executive Office of Arab Housing Ministers, which was held at the Arab League yesterday, Wednesday: “I gave a presentation on the reconstruction and building operations carried out by the Iraqi government, and the extent of citizens’ satisfaction with them.”
He added that he "conveyed Iraq's desire to host meetings in Baghdad in order to exchange experiences and benefit from the experiences of others," indicating that the meeting reviewed "the most important experiences in Arab countries on the subject of social housing, and experiences on pioneering projects in the field of housing and urban development, and the legislation and laws regulating the housing and construction sector."
He also pointed out that he discussed with the Egyptian Minister of Housing "encouraging Egyptian companies to work in Iraq and invest in the field of construction and reconstruction," noting that "the Iraqi government is interested in the Egyptian companies currently operating in Iraq."
