    Revealed a document obtained by 'news agency' yesterday (Friday), the existence of an agreement between the national and Kurdish coalitions provides for the formation of a joint committee to determine the fate of the areas that has seen battles between the organization 'Daash' popular crowd in Diyala province.  She explained the document that concluded an agreement between the leaders of the National Alliance, including the head of the Diyala provincial council Muthana al-Tamimi, with representatives from the Kurdistan Alliance and the Peshmerga, led by the leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in Khanaqin Circo Mirwais to form a joint security committee between the parties to determine the fate of the areas that has seen fighting in the province Diyala.   It is noticeable on the document, which publishes 'news agency' image of them that the agreement excluded the Sunni party in the equation represented by the governor of Diyala province is responsible for the security file and the candidate of a coalition of Iraqi forces Amer Nostra, as the mass of House Speaker Salim al-excluded candidate for Diyala province.  The document, which included five items, that the committee will oversee the return of what it called the document 'loyal refugees' and set controls to bring them back, did not explain the document are loyal and faithful of the refugees, but the source of the Alliance of Iraqi forces said that the meaning of this paragraph is to accelerate conduct demographic change in the province.
