Iraqi Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi said on Sunday that Baghdad and the Kurdish regional authorities Thrzan progress in the way of saving agreement on crude oil exports. But the price is still very low compared to what his record in June, reaching $ 115.The minister pointed out that the decline in oil prices led to reduced payments of foreign oil companies that had accumulated since 2013 to the tune of more than $ 20 billion.He pointed out that the special state budget allocated 14 trillion dinars ($ 11.8 billion) to cover a portion of these payments and that the ministry is working on issuing treasury bonds worth 12 billion dollars to cover the remaining amount.
