    The deputy of the Fatah Alliance Amer al-Fayez, on Saturday, the rejection of most of the political blocs conditions provided by Kurdish delegations to Baghdad, referring to the Kurdish blocs called for increasing the share of the province in the budget and the application of Article 140 and the establishment of all political rights.
    "The majority of the political blocs rejected the demands of the Kurdish delegations to Baghdad on supporting the formation of the next government," Fayez said in a statement to the information that "the Kurdish blocs called for raising the share of the region in the coming budgets and the application of Article 140 and the stabilization of all political rights."
     He added that "all the blocks in Baghdad opposed the application of Article 140 on the disputed areas and grant a special status for the Peshmerga and the proper salaries of employees in the region, as well as increase the share of the province in the budget."
    Al-Fayez said that "Kurdish parties are bargaining blocs in Baghdad in order to establish political gains for Kurdistan in exchange for the support of the next government," stressing that "all negotiations are still at the beginning and did not reach certain axes as rumored in the media or the application of law." Ending / 25 d
