    [ltr]Ministry of Commerce announced on Thursday for granting licenses for the establishment of 162 foreign and national companies during the month of January last.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Commerce Department said in a statement received / balances News / copy of it, that "Angels record companies in the Ministry of Commerce Department, has completed the establishment of 151 national companies and 11 office for a foreign company during the month of January last transactions."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He added that "the Department of Registration of companies, has issued several resolutions concerning the amendment of contracts for companies distributed between the capital increase and the integration of the accounts of companies and settling of accounts of other companies," noting that he "was recorded 11 office and five branches of the representation of foreign companies, and documenting the 152 companies registered and pointing lecturer and hauling 320 company to Investigating Judge for violating the guidelines and instructions.     [ltr]The statement noted that "the department examined the final accounts for the 496 national company guestrooms national companies as well as the integration of the accounts of 20 companies and capital increase for the 33 companies and the liquidation of accounts of seven companies, and modify eight other nodes, the study of the accounts of offices and branches to 27 foreign companies."[/ltr]
