The establishment of 111 national companies and the registration of 16 branches of foreign companies during last September

The registration department of the Ministry of Commerce announced on Wednesday the completion of the transactions of founding (111) national companies and registration (16) branch of a foreign company during the month of September.
The Director General of the Department, Abdul Aziz Jabbar said in a statement that "the Chamber has issued several decisions related to the amendment of corporate contracts were distributed between the increase of capital and the integration of corporate accounts and liquidation of the accounts of a company," noting that "was also documented 115 companies registered, Iraqi company to the judicial investigator for violating regulations and instructions. "
Jabbar added that "the department has studied the final accounts of the national companies of (1942) national company in addition to merging the accounts of 21 companies and increase the capital of (167) companies and liquidation accounts (11) companies and the amendment of 81 contract companies and study accounts of offices and branches of foreign companies to ( 96) company and booking reservations and verify the names of the reserved funds for (475) and check the receipts of (4819) and conduct (109) disclosure of companies in Baghdad and the provinces.
Jabbar also pointed out that "his department ratified the minutes of the founding meetings of the limited companies (160) minutes in addition to the ratification of (73) minutes of the meetings of the General Assembly of the joint stock companies as well as the ratification of the resolutions of the General Organization for companies limited persons (922).
