    2:26:03 a.m. 14/03/2016 |(Voice of Iraq) - Baghdad , search and Minister ofDisplacement and Migration d. Jassim Mohammed ,during a meeting with the Director ,Mr. John King 'sOperations Division Office for the Coordination ofHumanitarian Affairs of the United Nations and his accompanying delegation at theministry ofcooperation andjoint coordination headquarters to support theministry 's efforts in the relief and sheltering displaced people as well as the return and stability of theliberated areas file. The minister said during the meeting that " the ministry has three great challenges facing the aid operation and sheltering displaced people first is the existence of at least three million displaced people within the country and a large number of displaced families continuing his presence within the host communities ,which needs a big effort high and coordinate the process ofproviding the daily necessities of life.and the second challenge by theMinister for a significant financial problem facing the country because of theeconomic crisis on the one hand and the decline in oil prices , on the other hand, which impact directly on thehealth and education side and along with theother for thedisplaced relief services. " He added that" thereturn of displaced families to their areas liberated faced represented by human and societal challenges within the liberated areas challenges This requires ajoint coordination between all parties concerned to ensure the return ofdisplaced persons to their areas and create all favorable conditions for thestability of thebiggest challenge to return is what includes thereconstruction ofliberated areas that have been largely destroyed in infrastructure for electricity, water, hospitals and other other necessities oflife as well as the presence ofremnants of war IEDs located across these areas ,which need to bean international effort to raise these residues and a large funding for thereconstruction ofthese areas. "noting that theministry hassucceeded in thereturn of displaced people in theliberated areas to half file limit as it has been re (102) thousand displaced families to their areas, and that possible to return more than 100 thousand additional families in case ofrestoring stability and reconstruction to the liberated areas. pointing him of the existence of the problem of theexodus unexpectedly large may face thecountry in theevent of the start of the edits upcoming civil Mosul and other cities , and projections for families that fall under the control ofDaash estimated atmore than three million people and this is a new problem that may face the country, which calls for theprovision ofadequate shelter forthem and work on carrying out relief.for his part , Mr. John King 's his understanding of the problems and challenges facing my displacement and return in Iraq, stressing that theUnited Nations will work to increase the additional support for the file humanitarian in Iraq and through its content in thecountry, which works directly with the ministry. he added that theUnited Nations is agreat commitment to the great challenges faced by the government and the ministry, adding that theUnited Nations wants Iraq to become strong in all human, intellectual and cultural fields , thefact that Iraq is thesource civilizations. Saif Sabah media Director [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
