Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Salman al-Mosawi of the State of Law Coalition, considered the calls for holding an exceptional session for the parliament, as “a political debate.”
Mosawi said in a statement received by All Iraq News Agency (IraqiNews.com ) today that “The call for holding an exceptional session comes due to political debate rather than being interested in the security situation of the country.”
The Speaker of the Parliament Osama al-Nijaifi called on members of parliament to hold a special session next Tuesday to discuss the recent security deteriorations and the violations that took place in Baghdad and a number of provinces during the past few days.
