    Decided New Zealand Government, to extend the stay of its troops in Iraq until the end of the year 2018. As indicated that its efforts received the "Iraqi and international welcome," the concentration of a number of its troops in the military base Basmajh confirmed. 
    He said New Zealand Prime Minister John Key, in his statements transferred site Zealand Herald NZ Herald news, and followed up (range Press), " the task of New Zealand troops noncombat stationed in Iraq as part of the international campaign against al Daash was scheduled to expire at the beginning of next year, but decided to be extended now until November of 2018 a month . " .

    He pointed to that "efforts carried out by New Zealand troops in Iraq has been welcomed by the Iraqi government and welcomed by the international coalition against Daash. " 
    For his part, defense Minister Kiwi Jerry Brunelli said that" our forces are working to train Iraqi soldiers in theTaji base, "he said . " it will also train Iraqis in the use of weapons heavy military base Basmajh. " 
    He added Brunelli" the New Zealand government has also agreed to allocate training local forces to keeping security in cities such as training of local police forces, as well as the training of armed forces elements. " It is
    noteworthy that New Zealand has more than 143 component of military trainers They are in the Taji base ,accompanied by Australian troops, part of the international campaign against al Daash in Iraq and Syria.
