    He continued, "We have to tighten our belt and go toward economic reform that the indications are that oil prices will be at this rate or rise slightly," warning the government of "rely on the hope of relying on oil as the return of oil prices is more like fiction and must work to diversify the Iraqi economy and the failure to adopt the oil as the main source of the budget. "
