    Meanwhile, Director General of the Kirkuk Education Farhan Hussein Saleh said that " the Directorate began toappoint 372 graduates of the College of Education and institutes of teachers exclusively, under the grades obtained from the Ministry of Education, to meet the shortfall Baloqdah and respects said" asserting that "ten percent of the grades will be allocated to the families of the martyrs of the security forces, especially of thePeshmerga, and the areas that are still under the control of Daesh terrorist gangs are not covered by it."
