National Alliance MP Muwaffaq al-Rubaie, Saturday, to impose conditions on Baghdad revealed Arbil on the participation of Peshmerga in the battle to liberate Mosul, Baghdad, noting that stipulated the withdrawal of the Peshmerga of the liberated areas.
