She Ghorabi, in a press statement, that " the vote on the support of doctors Act was to reduce the migration of doctors out of Iraq," indicating that " a lot of doctors emigrating because of the lack of protection and subjected to pressure and attacks on hospitals . " She added Ghorabi that " the support of doctors law will contribute to bring in talent that has migrated abroad," expressing the hope that "this law is a good omen to bring efficiencies and reduce migration ".wachart Ghorabi to" the Ministry of Health is not as important as the defense and interior ministries , particularly as we in the military operations, and needs wounded these operations to competent doctors to treat them aswell as the treatment of the ordinary citizen .
