[ltr]MP Mohammed Halbusi member of the Political Commission of the Federation of Iraqi forces to protect the counting of the judiciary and the preservation of its independence is at the heart of the work of the parliament and the government.[/ltr]
[ltr]Halbusi He added that "any prejudice or discredit or belittle the judiciary means disrespect for the constitution of democracy that are going to gift the political process."[/ltr]
[ltr]Halbusi MP stressed that "our calendar for the judiciary stems firstly respect for its decisions and the integrity of its judges and appreciation to the size of the effort to keep the unity of the work of the federal authorities of the Iraqi state and to prevent the return of dictatorial rule." According to MP Mohammed Halbusi "the need to stand together and we are fighting the battles for liberation and the epic of honor in Nineveh, which is required of all non-civil forces and security services in the side things."[/ltr]
[ltr]He stressed member of the Political Commission of the Union of Forces for "rejected the union of any attempt outside the frameworks of democracy to undermine the security and independence and impartiality of the judiciary and their headquarters and affiliates," noting that it "imposes on the general commander of the armed forces to take all necessary measures to prevent any encroachment or bypass the judiciary and their headquarters and affiliates." .[/ltr]
