    Baghdad/Iraq News Network-HP said HSBC Holdings said Tuesday he was considering selling majority stake owned by the Dar es Salaam Investment Bank of Iraq and are the largest international bank in Iraq.Amid speculation in the Iraqi banking sector for some time about the share of HP. HSBC is 70.1 percent in Dar es Salaam, said Simon Cooper, Chief Executive for HP. HSBC Middle East and North Africa, told reporters in April that the Bank is reviewing its presence in Iraq.The Bank said in a notice to regulators in London "in the wake of the strategic review decided to study options to exit from the acquisition. HSBC Bank Dar es Salaam," adding that he would not participate in any process intended to increase the Bank's capital Dar es Salaam.As part of a global restructuring plan three years reduced HP.
