    All I can find is a YouTube on it from some group. Need to find the article before I believe it. Below is what google search lead me too. I am not a huge fan of google searches so take this in stride until we find a artcile on it.

    I am listening to the video and it seems just some one putting together what we already know. Not sure the agenda or if there is even one. Might just wait on Quack and see what he says this is but it starting to look like there is no article just this video putting together a thought on a article we have already had.
