    Today, Monday, Representative Ali Shaddad Al-Faris referred to some observations in the budget law, while calling for avoiding disagreements.


    Al-Faris said in an interview with Al-Sumaria News, “After the[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1122135457/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1/ar/]Council of Ministers[/url]Vote on the budget, there will be a very important vote for this law in the Dome of Parliament.”

    He added, “It was customary in past years and previous sessions that the[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1122135457/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1/ar/]Council of Ministers[/url]sends budget plans annually, but today we notice that it came for a period of three years at once, and this indicates that the government does not want to engage annually in the controversy of approving this law.”






    He continued, "The process of voting on a successive budget for three years is consistent with the government program that the Sudanese government came up with, noting that" there are views that will appear in the dome of the Iraqi parliament, especially in the concerned committees about the distribution of resources, which reached an average of 200 trillion Iraqi dinars as the value of these budgets. He

    explained that "there are many young people looking forward to new job opportunities, usually with public companies that always make profits continuously," noting that "the oil-producing governorates consider it very necessary to pass this law in order to enhance their assets for the success of projects that Concerning infrastructure and others.”

    He pointed out, “We hope that there will not be very big differences in the distribution of resources, especially after there are observations regarding some governorates.”

    And he stressed that "the Federal Court's decision No. (110) regarding the illegality of the oil and gas law for the regional government was a means of pressure on the governments of the region and the center to go to amend it," adding: "The regional government will hand over its oil production in full, and today it was proposed that its production reach 400 1,000 barrels instead of the 250,000 that was written in previous years.


    He added, however, by saying: "The regional government will not reject the budget law and may indicate some observations, but the correct solution that guarantees its support and financing is to approve the decisions of the federal government," pointing out that "there are governorates that have been affected and question marks always appear, given that the regional government participates in the production of the southern governorates." It does not accept that anyone participates in its production.

    Al-Faris concluded: "The controversial points have been overcome, and it is possible to agree on a general budget for Iraq that the regional government adheres to at the rate of delivery of 400,000 barrels to the federal government under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Oil and the Office of Financial Supervision through a company."[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Iraqi
