Baghdad / Iraq News Network said the president of Iran Hassan Rowhani, on Sunday evening, his country 's position , which opposes the division of countries in the region, including Syria and Iraq.Rouhani said in an interview with Channel One Iranian television on Sunday: "Iran has supported Syria and Iraq as part of Iran 's security, adding that Tehran will continue its support to these agencies in the future until the final defeat of terrorism." Rowhani noted that "Iran has a clear policy in the region," adding that "Iran is against the division and fragmentation of the region and to change the borders and stresses the need to preserve the unity and territorial integrity of all countries in the region, including Syria and Iraq."
