Ministry of Communications announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the scientific and technological university to enhance cooperation and support mechanisms common to both parties the possibilities of laboratory and specialized hardware and documenting areas of cooperation.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Communications Hazem Mohammed Ali in a statement received "direction Press" a copy of it, that "the signing of the memorandum was attended by administrative and financial agent of the Ministry of cream Mazal also like the University of Technology dean Amin Douai in the presence of the Higher Institute of Post & Telecommunications Director Ahmed Mohammed Saleh and a number of professors in the University".
He noted that "this note come to strengthen the bonds of mutual cooperation between the two sides and the desire of the Ministry of the Higher Institute of Post & Telecommunications University of Laser Engineering and Electronics department for the advancement of science and technology and strengthen cadres of scientific and technical capabilities and keep abreast of scientific developments and deal with the many cultures so as to promote positive interaction and to achieve the overall objectives and community service".
Ali said, "The memorandum included several mechanisms for cooperation, including joint attribution of the parties the possibilities of laboratory and hardware specialist and documenting areas of cooperation to develop plans and achievement reports according to a common formula and taking into account the legal rights of the parties and increase the number of Institute students to complete university studies at the University of Technology and the formation of high commissions and joint approval of the annual plan Permanent cooperation and investment projects, monitor and evaluate the achievements and solving problems and obstacles facing the implementation and ratification of the areas of cooperation so as to ensure both parties benefit
