"
    He Jubouri that " the presidency of the Council will send all references with the masters of the respondents for the purpose of determining the dates for questioning , " stressing that "the House of Representatives is committed to accountability for the respondents to be informed of the person questioned isnaads provided to him."
    Furthermore, Parliament postponed the vote on the first amendment to the Amnesty Law No. (27) for the year 2016 as parliament ended the first reading of the draft law of the First Amendment to the Iraqi Council of Representatives Elections Law No. (45) for the year 2013 submitted by the Legal Committee.
    In the meantime, he criticized the MP Ammar Tohme, head of virtue block, version sent by the government to the law of parliamentary elections, saying it is in the interest of large lists.
    He said Tohme, in a statement received (range) a copy of it, he "was supposed to be read a draft election law sent by the Presidency of the Republic instead of the draft law submitted by the government on the basis of Article 123 of the rules of procedure , which stipulates the invalidity of the assignment of the project to the competent committees and then read it if it was preceded by a law dealing with the same subject , which the elections. "
    The MP Ammar Tohme that " the same government project included in some of its paragraphs and replace members of the distribution of seats within a single list principle of the highest votes among the candidates , which is further evidence of the reality of this proposal and to achieve justice by higher government project."
