Russia: Strengthening America's troops from southern Syria is illegal

Deputy Russian Foreign Minister "Mikhail Bogdanov," to strengthen the American forces from southern Syria is completely illegal and to the UN Security Council resolutions or an invitation from the Damascus government is based.
In a press statement Tuesday evening continued Bogdanov: This command is illegal at all, and there is no decision in this regard from the UN Security Council, nor the request of the legitimate authorities in the Syrian Arab Republic.
According to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Moscow intends to make contact with America on Syria soon, pointing out that this is possible on the sidelines of the agenda of relations between the two countries.
Bogdanov said the Syrian government delegation confirmed its participation in the fifth session of the negotiations in Astana 4 and 5 next July as Turkey and Iran also announced their participation in the meeting .. He pointed out that it is expected to make a similar announcement by the Syrian opposition for their participation.
