"
The statement added that " the law provides for the establishment of the House of Representatives to form a committee of experts to choose the members of the Commission, and that this problem , the Commission does not apply to the experts described in terms of political color , which included members of most of the parliamentary blocs, as well as the lack of minimum standards of expertise and specialization in the field of human rights ".
Confirmed organizations "lack of balance in this squad being comprised of ten members representing the political blocs and two civil society and one of the Federal Supreme Court and a representative of the prime minister and the representative of the rights of the Office of Mission of the United Nations Mission rights organizations, and we indicated clearly that this committee can not be achieved where a minimum balance of equity or exit mechanism can have independent professionals with experience, specialization and merit a share in the next Commission. 4 to prepare a complaint before the Federal Supreme Court. According to breaches of the following:
