Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi discussed with the Kurdish political delegation the activation of the appropriate mechanisms to solve the outstanding problems between Baghdad and Erbil.
The media office of the slaves in a statement received / Mawazin News / a copy, that "the Prime Minister Haider Abadi met the Kurdish political delegation, which was presented to Baghdad."
The office added that "the meeting witnessed the appreciation of the joint efforts between the federal government and the region in the battle to liberate Mosul and the importance of completing the liberation of all Iraqi territory from the gangs of terror."
He continued, "The meeting also witnessed a frank and in-depth dialogue on the need to activate mechanisms to resolve the outstanding problems and a positive atmosphere."
He pointed out that "the two sides agreed to continue constructive and serious dialogue to achieve the common interests of the Iraqi people and remove the accumulated historical concerns and concerns that preserve the unity of Iraq."
